We are searching for an Investor for a New 5*standard small Beach Hotel with associated Public Restaurant & Bar facilities including swimming pool, 5 double/twin cabanas & 5 double/twin rooms all with ocean views in Sri Lanka, offering unique experience with first class service only seen in a handfull of hotels on the island. This is the right time for an investment project of this type, and we are ready with 90% paperwork completed and approvals all pending on finances being available to us. Over a 3 to 5 year period we would like to offer 10% annual interest on the invested sum, 35% equity share in the company & 5% annual net profit share - all this is open to negotiation. We are not in a position to pay any monies upfront for any interested parties as we have already expended large sums on reaching the current stage and have been let down at the last minute by a prospective investor.
