If your projects have humanitarian objectives, why not consider first participating in a genuine performing PPP (private placement program), then using the very high returns to fund your own projects. I may be able to give you a position. Please inquire for more information if interested.

To Whom It May Concern
I am from Maldives Island. I have 15 years experience in tourist resort, still I m working in resort. And I am actually looking for investor who would like to invest in Maldives for a hotel. Maldives is a country which is scatted in Indian Ocean. Which we have Sun kissed beaches and Cristal blue water etc. There are more than 200 islands which are operating hotels in Maldives & more than 300 safeties.
Maldives has four different Tourist investment opportunities as per Maldivian law. The law does not state which type of business the investor should start with but it has the full guarantee of the investment and investor is protected by Maldivian law.
The four types of tourist investments available are;
1- Operating a tourist resort island
2- Operating a tourist city hotel (Depends on the star category chosen by the investor)
3- Operating a tourist lodge or inn (Depends on the star category chosen by the investor)
4- Operating a tourist “Safari” boat
To operate a tourist resort island the investors must purchase a resort that is already in operation or participate in a bid auction to win an uninhabited island which is put in bid by the government. It is up to the investor to develop the island but it should meet the standards proposed in the bid to government.
To operate a Tourist city hotel the investors must find an appropriate land, purchase or take it as a lease from the owner & propose to the government .After the proposal has been approved by the government the development can be started.
To operate a tourist lodge or Inn the investor must purchase a lodge or inn that’s already in operation or purchase or lease from the owner & propose to the government .After the proposal has been approved by the government the development can be started.
To operate a tourist “Safari” boat investor can purchase a boat in operation or build a new boat (Maldives is famous for its Boat building) after the development, investor can apply for the operating license.
Any of the businesses above can be started as Maldivian Government is welcoming foreign investments, the business which the investor would like to invest can be chosen after visiting the Maldives and meeting me. After going through the present investments the investor can start immediately with the partner in Maldives.
Note: If the investor would like to operate a Tourist lodge or Inn as stated above, I have land approximately of 3200 SQFT. In my island available
