Setup first small games entertainment park in India

Hi, New Delhi is the capital of India with population more than 100 million. The city is developing at a huge rate and so that the living standards of People. But the People of this city are looking for new Entertainment options. The city is really lacking in terms of weekend entertainment or family picnic spots. There are some games which are famous in other parts of world but are still missing in India. These could be a weekend spot for families and for young generation too and i see a great potential for them in India. Just for example, a paint ball tournament inside the park. There are many more games similar to this. I would be happy to discuss about this project in detail. The biggest investment required for this project is land and other development costs can be fulfilled as loan from bank if we can show the land. if you are really interested to invest some money in India and looking for potential partners i can be great help to you.
