This is a serious preposal, I am looking for an investor, a partner or even a working partner who wants to be involved in this new and extremely lucrative industry.
As I am sure that you are aware, in November, California voters will be voteing on a bill that will end the 80 plus year prohibition to marijuana for personal use. Currently though, there is a medical marijuana industry that is wide open so even if the bill doesn't pass the first time, it will soon. This bill does have the support of the Govenor and most of the Legislator though, they see it as an answer to the financial disaster California is currently in. If the voters do pass this bill, it won't be long before the rest of the country follows suit.
I have been involved with the medical marijuana industry on a limited basis since it's inception in 1996 and until recently, the federal government and the DEA has made things difficult, but in September of 2009, President Obama instructed them to stop.
I believe that with the right investor, we can start a company that not only produces and supplies California but supplies the whole country. Part of my plan includes Amsterdam style coffee houses,numerous retail internet sites and store fronts that supply all cannabis products, high grade seeds, clones, and packaged marijuana and confections.

I am wishing to start a business - helping people with severe challenging behaviour - this area is not provided for sufficentlly and people are fearful to work with people with challenging behavioiur they are therefore mainly placed in an hospital enviromenyt. Having worked with these people I have learnt that boredom is contributoy to their behaviour - I wish to open a home which would take severly challenged learning disabled adults - I have fully qualified staff aware of all the regulations from governing bodies 0 the only thing I do not have unfortunately is the money to buy the first home - The cost of the care wil be supported by the governement - This really is a fantastic business lucrative but more to the point rewarding and giving something back - Once one home is up and running there is nothing to stop more homes being added as long as the correct staff can be found.

Proposal Summary:
I am starting a rehabilitaion yard and stud farm.
This involves buying land and building.
I currently have land but it is rented and not large enough to make my business succeed. I plan to buy land opposite my current site and build more stables as well as a schooling arena and some kind of accommodation for the 24hr aspect of the stud farm.
I have researched the area and there is nothing of this nature around. Yet after speaking to various people with horses & other yards (inc race yards) they have shown their interest strongly in using such a facility if it were availale to them.
After visting the Newmarket Equine Vet (Rossdales) and talking through my ideas one of the vets agreed our services would be in high demand due to as many as 75% of the horses they cast with broken bones/ limbs (especially in th leg) end up back in the surgery within weeks which is very expensive because they do not have the skills or time to care for them properly and their livery yards do not offer such time consuming services.
I have a basic yard at the moment where I have had my own horse plus one other which I have rehabilitated (I am currently in the middle of another).
I have bought and sold 2 horses for profit after fittening and improving their manners.
I have a youngster from well known bloodlines in the racing industry which I wish to breed race horses from after maybe putting her in for a few races. I also have a selection of other horses which I could breed from. But te main focus on the business is the rehabilitaion side & re-sale as I feel this is a more appetising bussiness opportunity.
I aim to offer a selection of treatments to clients as well as a full in-house re-habilitation package.
These will include equine massage, heat therapy and water pool therapy.
I plan to build 2 blocks of 4 stables (which will be built on the newly purchased land) which will be used to keep the injured horses away from excitement and the foaling horses close to the accommodation for 24hr survielance.
I already have a brand new block of 6stables with a barn on the current rented site which will be used for the marketable horses and those on fitness programmes who can run around.

Hello there, my name is Daniel and I currently run a NPO in my community that helps assist low-income families, the elderly, and the disabled with physical assistance that either they cannot do them selves or cannot afford a professional to do it. The NPO is in need of funding, and my idea was to purchase and renovate run down houses and making them as green as possible without tearing them down and building new. I am looking for investors to fund the purchase and renovating of the first 5 houses. Once the houses have been renovated and rented out then the full amount of the rent of 2 houses would go to the investor until they are paid in full to the agreement made prior.
