We provide low cost housing to those who could otherwise not own their own home. We do this by purchasing low cost mobile homes and offering them on a rent to own basis to those who are unable to obtain traditional financing. Typical investment is $1000 - $5000 per unit and typical ROI is 90%+. Depending on the price and condition of the property rent to own term ranges from 1 to 5 years. We are also actively seeking opportunities to acquire mobile home parks with opportunity for further development and will be seeking $1 million+ for these ventures.

What about property management?
I travel the East coast alot so Georgia is like my back yard.
I live in North Carolina but currently serving in Afghanistan. Should be back in country in a few months.
