    Hello there, my name is Daniel and I currently run a NPO in my community that helps assist low-income families, the elderly, and the disabled with physical assistance that either they cannot do them selves or cannot afford a professional to do it. The NPO is in need of funding, and my idea was to purchase and renovate run down houses and making them as green as possible without tearing them down and building new. I am looking for investors to fund the purchase and renovating of the first 5 houses. Once the houses have been renovated and rented out then the full amount of the rent of 2 houses would go to the investor until they are paid in full to the agreement made prior. I have the idea and plan, but am just stuck trying to find an investor to believe in my idea.....

    Is there any advice or anyway you can help me find investors? i am new at this but have the drive and dedication to get this accomplished.
