i am renting a chalet in alicante spain on option to buy its 480 000 euros with 1500 land and 250 house build w/lge garage, swimming pl, 15 mins beach, 5 mins shops, 10 mins major town i want to buy the house and rent to tenants or get help to keep renting until i buy and then sell again when house prices go up starting in 6 mths to 1 year i cld sell for 550 000 up and in 2 years maybe 650 700 000
are u interested i also have found some other properties much cheaper for example one in valencia for only 11 000 euros and reform for 10 - 15 000 then rent or sell for 70 000 up now
I need to make a plan soon as i am running out of money and the bank probably wont give me a mortgage. with some minor renovations on the chalet i can rent out for 1600 a month im renting for 1200 plus bills.
im sure the buyer would take a gd deal for a quick sale. we can work out a fair percent share for the profit on the sale and/or rent

ITS ME AGAIN..about the second offer. i could try and find 2 properties which are cheap and need reform or infact are already reformed and ready to move into the one i mentioned at that price will need reformation, there are other townhouses or country fincas, and bungalow chalets from 20 000 to 99 000. i could buy one for 11 000 and one which is ready for tenants at 99 000, plus reform, or if you are interested in a gd real estate project which is really cheap here in europe you could buy 3 cheap house for reform and spend 10 - 15 on reforming each and then rent or sell from 80 000 up now so itd be quick money and not much invest for a try
