I have an idea for a gaming/entertainment complex in central new england. I want to make it a 1 stop adventure complex with rock climbing, S.C.U.B.A., waterski/wakeboard (cable park), surfing just to name a few. From 1 location I could offer instruction and certification as well as a hub for planning offsite group trips offer annual unlimited access memberships as well as daily passes and weekly instructional courses. from what i see theres little to no competition especially when you consider the convenience of having everything in 1 location.
